ExtraNetworks offers both development services and support of our CreditPort product. Support and Service If you are having difficulty accessing the CreditPort
system, please call 1-800-456-6867 and ask for a customer service engineer. If after hours, and no one answers your call in person, please be sure to leave a message. Messages are continually checked,

CreditPort does not make decisions on whether to extend credit offers to you. If you have been declined credit, please contact the organization who declined to offer you credit. Ask
them who the reporting credit bureau is, and how to contact them. ExtraNetworks cannot help you with these types of inquiries. If you wish to contact a credit bureau, their websites can be found here:
