ExtraNetworks offers both development services and support of our CreditPort product.

Support and Service
If you are having difficulty accessing the CreditPort system, please call 1-800-456-6867 and ask for a customer service engineer. If after hours, and no one answers your call in person, please be sure to leave a message. Messages are continually checked, even during off hours.  CreditPort customers are notified in advance, via email, of any scheduled maintenance. Maintenance almost always occurs during off hours.

Custom Services and Development
If you need your CreditPort customized, please call 1-800-456-6867 and ask for CreditPort development services.  If you have a question about how to use the system, ask for customer service.  If your question is about billing from the credit bureau, or your subscriber information, please call the credit bureau directly and ask for your representative.

If you have been declined credit...
CreditPort does not make decisions on whether to extend credit offers to you. If you have been declined credit, please contact the organization who declined to offer you credit.  Ask them who the reporting credit bureau is, and how to contact them.  ExtraNetworks cannot help you with these types of inquiries. If you wish to contact a credit bureau, their websites can be found here:  Trans Union, Equifax, and Experian.

To receive a personal copy of your credit report, write:

How to Contact Us
Be sure to have the following information available when you call ExtraNetworks Corporation with customer service questions:

  • Application number in question. This appears on the bottom of the credit report.
  • The name and social security number of the applicant.
  • Your credit bureau subscriber ID.
  • Your web browser version.
  • Date and time of submission, if known.
  • Exact error message and code if one was given.
