You must be a people person who will do anything to provide fast and accurate answers to our customers questions. You must be an independent
thinker, and thoroughly enjoy working with customers, taking the position that the customer is your customer and the purpose of your work.You should also be a capable writer, able to maintain our online
knowledgebase, provide technical notes, and formal correspondence with our customers via email and letter.
A good telephone voice and demeanor is required. Previous customer support, technical support or
customer service experience is required.
You should also be able to think outside the box and assist in developing new ideas about how to get customers the answers they need quickly and efficiently--including
suggesting new delivery systems.
Experience with formal training development and delivery is preferred.
