Customer Support Technician

Customer Service Group

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supporting our customers in the use of CreditPort, and other business products, via emails, fax, and telephone calls.  Your professionalism will reward our customers with a quality experience and provide a positive image of our company.

You may also assist in daily maintenance of our technical systems and accounting functions as needed.

Qualifications

You must be a people person who will do anything to provide fast and accurate answers to our customers questions. You must be an independent thinker, and thoroughly enjoy working with customers, taking the position that the customer is your customer and the purpose of your work.

You should also be a capable writer, able to maintain our online knowledgebase, provide technical notes, and formal correspondence with our customers via email and letter.

A good telephone voice and demeanor is required.  Previous customer support, technical support or customer service experience is required.

You should also be able to think outside the box and assist in developing new ideas about how to get customers the answers they need quickly and efficiently--including suggesting new delivery systems.

Experience with formal training development and delivery is preferred.
