Visa and Mastercard Interchange Pricing
Visa and Mastercard traditionally update their pricing every 6 months (in April and October). These are "Official links" to Visa and MC websites for Interchange Pricing documents. For Visa, look for the "Retail" categories on Page 7.
Signature Not Required as of April 2018:Things to Consider
As of April 2018, the four major credit card companies changed policy to eliminate the signature requirement on credit card transactions....Face-to-Face or otherwise.
We had a great article by Caroline Goldstein at Fundera providing everything you needed to know, including tips to decide if you'll want a signature anyway!
However, the article was recently removed from Fundera....we are hoping to update.
What is "TFT" - Transaction Fee Transparency?
ONTOP Systems, through our Paylex Processing Platform, will be among the first to provide "near-real-time" merchant processing pricing data on credit card sales.
